We can help you with things like bathing, getting dressed, taking your medicine, preparing meals, getting around town, and keeping your home tidy. Our goal is to make life easier and more comfortable for you at home.

How do you choose the people who will be coming to help me?

Can you help with taking me to doctor’s appointments or running errands?

Will I have the same caregiver each time you visit?

We do our best to make sure you have the same caregiver as often as possible. This helps you feel comfortable and build trust. If there are changes, we’ll let you know ahead of time.

Can you help with cooking and special diets?

Yes, we can help you with cooking meals, including following special diets or food preferences. We want to make sure you have healthy and tasty meals that fit your needs.

How do you help with taking medicine and reminders?

Can you help with light cleaning around my house?

What areas do you serve?

We help people living in Dallas, Texas and nearby areas. If you are in or around Dallas, we can come to your home to provide care.

Can you help if I only need care for a few hours a week?

Yes, you can get care for just a few hours a week. We are flexible and can work with your schedule to help as little or as much as you need.

Can you help with both personal care and household chores?

Yes, we can help you with both your personal care needs, like bathing and dressing, as well as household chores, such as light cleaning and meal preparation. We want to help make your daily life easier and more comfortable.

How do you match me with the right caregiver?

We learn about your needs, preferences, and personality. Then we choose a caregiver who is a good fit for you. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and supported with the person who helps you.

What happens if my caregiver can’t make it one day?

If your caregiver can’t make it, we will arrange for another trusted team member to help you that day. We’ll make sure you know about any changes so you aren’t surprised.

Can you help with getting in and out of bed or a chair?

Yes, we can help you get in and out of bed, chairs, or other places safely. We want to make sure you feel secure and comfortable moving around your home.

How do you handle payments and what kinds of payment do you accept?

You can pay using cash, check, or credit card. We give you clear, easy-to-understand bills so you always know what you’re paying for.

What should I do if I need to change my schedule or cancel a visit?

If you need to change your schedule or cancel a visit, just let us know as soon as you can. We’ll work with you to find a new time or make other arrangements that fit your needs.

Do you offer any refunds if I don’t use all my scheduled hours?

If you don’t use all your scheduled hours, we review your situation and can adjust your bill or offer a refund, depending on your agreement with us. We want you to only pay for the care you receive.

Is there a contract or can I stop services anytime I want?

You are not locked into a long-term contract and can stop services whenever you want. We believe in being flexible, so you’re in control of when and how long you get care.
